Back by popular demand, this year's festival highlights the Artesano Tamaleria, a special showcase presenting meticulously crafted, small-batch tamales sourced from local households, families, and community groups. This initiative offers families a chance to pay homage to cherished traditional recipes and share them with the community. Participants will receive access to commercial kitchens for preparation, while the festival expertly serves these delightful treats to attendees, ensuring they are enjoyed steaming hot!

Program requirements:
A minimum of 500 tamales must be produced to participate (250/day)
All tamales must be prepared in a health department approved commercial grade kitchen.
You must provide all volunteers or staff to prepare the tamals ready to be frozen.
All tamales must be a minimum 6 ounces (4 ounce masa, 2 ounce protein mix)
